Established in 1987, Jiangyin Huashi Steel Factory is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Huaxi Group. After 20 years of development, now we have three subsidiaries: hot/cold rolled strip steel factory, galvanized factory and welded pipe factory. With register capital of USD25 million, our annual sales value reaches USD1.3 billion. We have facilities covering about 900,000 square meters, including the building area of about 250,000 square meters. We employ about 4,500 persons and about 1,000 skilled workers.

We have the best equipment, including two sets of six rolled machine, 23 sets of HC, four rolled, six rolled and reversible rolled machine, four sets of 700, 500, 450 four rolled machine team, 18 sets of four rolled machine, 88 sets of two rolled machine, 1 set of vertical cutting machine, and high speed vertical cutting machine, cross-cutting machine, and mill opening machine. In addition, we also have 18 cable retreat stoves, 12 table car type and vapor retreat stoves which are set with chemical component analysis, machine testing equipment and 36 assembly lines of pickling. It forms a streamline production from hot strip, pickling, cold-rolled, cutting, anneals to packing. Our annual capacity reaches 2.5 million tons of hot rolled, 600,000 tons of cold rolled, 100,000 tons of galvanized, and 300,000 tons of welded pipes and tubes.

We are rich in series, and the major products are hot/cold rolled steel strips, galvanized, welded pipes and tubes. Upon hydraulic pressure, computer control tolerance, radial test of the thickness, we can offer high precision, auto control and test of the tensile force. We are major in the materials such as Q195-Q235, H08, S08, 08AL, M6, SPHC, 65Mn, T8-T10A, 20MnSi, and 20-60#. We also can delivery the goods in softness, semi-softness, and hardness. Our products sell well all over the world. They can be widely used in bicycles, motorcycles, body-building apparatus, furniture and construction industries, electric communication, tap water, and gas transportation projects.
